About this book
When Duck finds a good book, he tells all of his animal friends to come and see it. They all doubt that Duck can read. But, when he shows them the book, they believe that they can read too! This small paperback book is a 6" x 9" format (rather than Shannon's regular 9" x 11" format) David Shannon created this book especially for Scholastic to distribute so as to encourage the sale of his numerous other children's books. Consequently, there was only one printing of this book with a limited number of copies printed, resulting in greater collectability.
